Program Terms
Premier offers compelling financial benefits to owning and operating aircraft. Buying only the level of capability you need and augmenting it with interchange aircraft can save millions of dollars. You gain totally predictable costs and no surprises over the life of your asset with no management concerns. It you elect to supplement your operations with charter revenue, Premier is able to command a significant premium for our outstanding service that we pass on to you in the industry’s most generous leaseback rates. We also work closely with national charter clearing firms and do not rely on local charter to provide you the level of income you desire.
The following is a general summary of the Premier Jet Aviation’s program terms that can be tailored to your needs.
Monthly Management Fee
A single monthly charge covers all indirect or fixed costs associated with operating your aircraft, including hull and liability insurance, hangar, pilots, training and administration. Our mission is to operate to the safest standards while managing our overhead and minimizing costs.
Direct Operating Cost
Owners are only charged for actual aircraft flight time and have the option of paying the aircraft direct operating costs as they occur (reconciled monthly) or an paying all-inclusive hourly rate (aircraft enrolled in all guaranteed operating cost programs). Opting for the all-inclusive program, Owners are charged a direct hourly rate for operating costs including fuel, parts, maintenance labor, engine reserves, landing fees and provisional catering. For both scenarios, there are no additional charges for waiting, ground delays, or other unproductive time.
Interchange Opportunities
Owners in any of the Premier Jet Aviation programs have the option of utilizing other aircraft in the program on an interchange basis. Have a need for two or more aircraft on the same day or even a larger/smaller aircraft? Is your aircraft down for maintenance or out earning revenue but you still need to fly? As a Premier customer, we can satisfy these requirements. Owners have the option of trading hours in one aircraft type for another type of lesser, equal or greater capability according to the interchange ratio.
Revenue Service
We provide owners the option of offsetting their operating expenses with charter revenue. Premier Jet Aviation has charter demand nationwide through our affiliates. Where your aircraft is based does not affect your ability to generate income. This is a very effective utilization of the asset as this revenue eliminates or minimizes the dollars an owner spends that cannot be depreciated or applied towards equity in the aircraft. Coupled with the interchange program, Premier can ensure that the owner’s flight requirements are not compromised because his aircraft is busy on charter flights. Since we work charter on a national basis, it is also a very effective means of eliminating deadhead flights. Charter can be obtained for the deadhead leg or in a regional area while the aircraft and crew would normally be down waiting; thus, eliminating pilot overnight expenses. Our mission is to minimize your costs.
Fleet Discounts
The cost of your flight operations will be significantly lower with Premier due to our leveraged purchasing power. All discounts available to Premier due to our large aircraft fleet will be utilized on your behalf. We pass through our discounts to you at 100%. In fact, as our fleet grows, so will our purchasing power, creating even deeper discount programs. The discount programs include the following: aviation fuel, hull/liability insurance (Associated), hotels and rental cars and training for pilots, mechanics and cabin attendants. The cost savings you will experience through Premier Jet Aviation are applicable for Owner flights (FAR 91) and Charter flights (FAR 135).
