Hall, an experienced Citation type-rated pilot and a veteran of the United States Air Force, earned a BS degree in Aeronautical Science from the prestigious aviation college Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Rapidly establishing himself as a knowledgeable aviation expert, Hall was recruited by Cessna Aircraft Company as a founding member of the CitationJet Division.
