U.S. Wins World Balloon Championships
Congratulations to USA teams of Nick Donner and Johnny Petrehn for taking home gold and sliver from the World Balloon Championships in Battle Creek MI. Yudai Fujita of Japan won bronze in the 20th FAI World Hot Air Balloon Championship.

Jack Schweibold attended Ohio State and Toledo Universities in engineering and graduated from the U.S. Air Force Officers and Flight Training Schools. He holds FAA pilot ratings in Airline Transport, Land and Sea Planes, Helicopters and Flight Instructor with nearly 20,000 flight hours logged, primarily in experimental aircraft. Aviation record books chronicle his 35+ records in turbine-powered airplanes, seaplanes, STOL's and helicopters. Jack has been featured in numerous aviation magazines and has received some of the industry's highest awards including Helicopter Association International's (HAI) "Annual Safety Award" and Federation Aeronautique International Tissandier Diploma for "Contributions to General Aviation".
